The goal of HCML is to provide a simple way to create static or animated cartoons on a blog or web site. People with just a little knowledge about HTML should be able to create their own stories using familiar basic HTML-tags like links or lists.
In the README I'll try to explain the mode of operation and usage of MLP in detail.
